Hi! I’m Gabrielle.
Ironically, I came to yoga for strength training. As a life long dancer, Yoga fortified my body, freed me from the need to perform, and gave me access to a mental ease I hadn’t known existed.
I’m a choreographer, yoga teacher, and creative.
My approach is multifaceted and allows me to hold space for whatever it is you need physically, mentally and emotionally.
My passion for movement is rooted in my dance training and expanded when I began teaching yoga 15 years ago. Yoga and dance have shown me how movement can be both expressive and deeply restorative, supporting people in finding clarity, expression, resilience, and ease.
I’ve found that movement, stillness, and compassionate inquiry—both of ourselves and our circumstances—can gently guide us toward a happier, more aligned life.
As someone in eating disorder recovery, I know that diet culture has infiltrated wellness spaces in order to generate a billion dollar industry that is full of grifters, false hope and misinformation.
For me, practice is a way to quiet the noise and find perspective.
Connecting to my body is how I come home to myself—over and over again—and I love helping others discover that for themselves. I learned the hard way how easily self-care can turn into fault-finding and self-criticism. My hope is to help others find their way back to something softer, kinder, and truly nourishing.
