A 6-class yoga series to help you reconnect, restore, and begin 2026 feeling nourished and grounded. Classes are open to all levels and offered in a small, interactive hybrid format (in-person and on Zoom), allowing for personalized support.
We meet on Thursdays January 22- February 26 from 10-11 am CST. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike!
Each class blends mindful movement, supportive posture breakdowns, restorative shapes, and guided meditation. Join us from home or come in person, all class recordings available if you can’t make it live!
